How do I schedule my first pickup?

Simply create an account, add your address, and select a pickup date. Our Valets arrive between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST, 7 days a week. You'll receive a text with a 30-minute arrival window.

We serve the entire Metro Atlanta area including Atlanta, Alpharetta, Brookhaven, Buford, Chamblee, Doraville, Duluth, Dunwoody, Grayson, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Loganville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Snellville, Suwanee, Sugar Hill, and Tucker.

What if I am not home for the pickup/delivery?

No problem. You can leave your bag with your concierge, security guard, or in a safe designated spot. Just let us know in the 'Notes' section when booking.

How much does ValetKleen cost?

Wash & Fold is priced per bag: Small Bag $22 (up to 12 lbs), Medium Bag $33 (up to 18 lbs), Large Bag $46 (up to 25 lbs), or King Size Premium $65 (up to 35 lbs). Dry Cleaning, Hang Dry, and Press Only are priced per item. Your first pickup & delivery is FREE. After that, Pickup & Delivery is $14.99 per order, but FREE on orders $100+ and for all subscribers. Rush Service (24-48 hour turnaround) is $9.99. A service charge applies to all orders. All fees are waived for ValetKleen Pass and ValetKleen Repeat subscribers.

ValetKleen Pass is our subscription plan that waives all fees on every order. For $14.99/month or $149.90/year, you get FREE Pickup & Delivery, FREE Next-Day Rush Service, and no minimum order fees. If you use us at least once a month, it pays for itself.

What is ValetKleen Repeat?

ValetKleen Repeat is a Wash & Fold bag subscription. You commit to a set number of Large bags per month: 1 bag ($46), 2 bags ($44 each), or 4 bags ($43 each). Includes free pickup/delivery, fee waivers, unlimited rollover of unused bags, and banked pounds rewards.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You'll enter your payment information when scheduling your first pickup. We place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your card, but you are not charged until delivery is complete. You'll receive an itemized receipt via email immediately after delivery.

No! We believe in complete pricing transparency. You'll never be surprised by hidden fees or upcharges. All pricing is clearly displayed on our Services & Pricing page. A service charge is shown upfront on every order.

We offer four main services: Wash & Fold (everyday laundry, sorted and folded), Dry Cleaning (professional cleaning and pressing for delicate garments), Hang Dry (gentle air-drying for delicates and activewear), and Press Only (professional pressing for garments that don't need cleaning).

What is the difference between Flex and Full bags?

Small Bag ($22) is designed for light, weekly loads — fits about 1 small laundry basket or up to 12 lbs (22" × 28"). Medium Bag ($33) is great for regular weekly laundry — fits 1 standard basket or up to 18 lbs (24" × 36"). Large Bag ($46) is for bigger loads and families — fits 1.5–2 baskets or up to 25 lbs (30" × 40"). King Size Premium ($65) is our largest bag for households with heavy laundry needs — fits up to 35 lbs (40" × 45").

Our standard turnaround time is 72 hours from pickup to delivery. If you need it faster, we offer Rush Service (24-48 hours) for a small additional fee.

What kind of detergents do you use?

We use premium, eco-friendly detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabrics and skin. We also offer hypoallergenic options upon request.

Do I need to separate my lights and darks?

No! We handle the sorting for you. Just put all your laundry in the bag, and our team will separate colors and fabrics before washing to ensure perfect care.

What is ValetKleen Drop?

ValetKleen Drop is our contactless pickup and delivery service. If you're not home, simply leave your clothes in a designated spot (porch, lobby, doorman, etc.) and we'll collect them. We'll send you a photo confirmation of both pickup and delivery.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel your pickup up until 3:00 PM on the scheduled day at no charge. After 3:00 PM, a $5 rescheduling fee may apply.

What is the ValetKleen Guarantee?

Every order is backed by our industry-leading guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning of your clothes, we will re-clean them completely free of charge. We're also fully insured — up to $750 per Wash & Fold or Hang Dry order, and up to $1,000 per Dry Cleaning or Press Only order.

What happens if an item is damaged or lost?

In the rare instance of damage or loss, we require that issues be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair or restore the item, or reimburse you up to the full value (within our coverage limits). For items over $500, we conduct an assessment.

All ValetKleen Valets are independent service providers who undergo thorough background checks and training. They are fully insured and committed to providing reliable, professional pickup and delivery service.

Is ValetKleen environmentally friendly?

Yes. We use cold water washing, high-efficiency machines, eco-friendly detergents, and never use PERC (a toxic dry cleaning chemical). We also collect gently-worn clothing donations for local Georgia charities and recycle hangers and plastic bags.
