Step 2: Bag Your Laundry

Fill any bag with your dirty laundry — first-time customers receive a free personalized ValetKleen bag at pickup. Empty your pockets, separate delicates into their own bag, and flag any stains with a note or safety pin so our team can pre-treat them. Dry cleaning items can go in a separate bag with your order.

Step 3: Meet Your Valet (or Go Contactless)

Leave your bag at your designated spot — front porch, apartment concierge, or office reception. You'll get a text with a 30-minute arrival window, and your Valet will confirm pickup. Not home? No problem — most pickups and deliveries in Georgia are fully contactless.

Step 4: We Clean Everything to Your Preferences

Your laundry goes straight to our facility, where it's sorted by color and fabric type and washed with premium eco-friendly detergents — never mixed with other customers' items.
