Preparing your clothes for pickup is simple, but a few quick steps ensure the best results:
1. Empty All Pockets Check every pocket for tissues, receipts, coins, or electronics. Tissues left in pockets can shred and cover your entire load in lint.
2. Separate Delicates Place delicate items like silk, lace, or embellished garments in a separate bag and mark them clearly. We'll handle these with extra care.
3. Point Out Stains If you have specific stains you're concerned about, leave a note or mark the item with a safety pin. Our team uses targeted stain treatments.
4. Leave It to Us Once your bag is ready, just leave it in your designated pickup spot. Our Valet will handle the rest — sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
What Happens Next?
After pickup, your clothes are transported to our facility where they're sorted by color and fabric type. We use premium eco-friendly detergents and never mix your laundry with other customers' items.
Your freshly folded clothes will be delivered back to your door within 72 hours.
